Mrs. Digby is the Redfort's housekeeper. She has known Ruby Redfort since she was an hour old. She enjoys preparing food for Ruby and her friends, and listening to Chime Melody. No one is sure how old she is, not even herself. She is also very strict when she has been ordered to do something but is very nice to Ruby.
