Bugwart and Melmare, no enemy can get worse than them - isn't it? Well, unfortunately yes, and Bailey Roach falls into that category.

Beatle: You deep down stupid? Or do you feel the need to get socked in the face?"
Clancy: What?
Beetle: You deaf too, loser?
Clancy: Look, I didn't mean to bump into you. It was an accident caused by you being in the way.

It is subtly showed that Beetle likes Ruby in a romantic way, but Beetle does say to Ruby that he likes her at the end.
